Payton’s Promise is a volunteer-run nonprofit in the Florida Keys dedicated to giving senior shelter dogs with medical needs a soft place to land. We care for dogs with chronic illnesses, disabilities, or terminal diagnoses, making sure they feel loved, respected, and never alone in their final chapter.

This Grey Muzzle grant will fund critical medical care—like diagnostics, medications, therapies, and comfort support—for our hospice and medically complex senior dogs. With your help, we can give them a final chapter filled with peace, dignity, and joy.
