Ascension Hermitage & Sanctuary in Westover, Maryland, is a peaceful haven for orphaned, injured, ill, or abandoned animals. With a heart for both domestic pets and local wildlife, the sanctuary offers lifelong care, including to its cherished group of senior dogs, who are living out their golden years surrounded by love.

Thanks to The Grey Muzzle Organization, senior residents like Sammy at Ascension Hermitage & Sanctuary are receiving the extra care they need. The grant supports preventive and supplemental medications, as well as medical care to help beloved senior dogs stay comfortable and well.
