Meet delightful T-Bear, a 16 ½ years old schnauzer in excellent health, is not on any medication, and plays and walks like he is still 10 years-old! What is his secret? Did he drink from the fabled Fountain of Youth?
A Doggie 4 You received a call mid-day Monday, September 16th, informing us about 40 dogs that were in critical need of immediate placement. Their owner rescued the dogs and provided a sanctuary where each dog received top notch vet care in a homelike atmosphere. Unexpectantly, the good-hearted woman passed away last weekend and immediate placement for her beloved 40 dogs was needed.
Upon arrival we were very impressed with Borgfeld Animal Hospital and its staff who worked with the Converse Animal Shelter and had all of the dogs but 7 placed. We came in and took the last 6. Note: The 7th dog had someone interested in it or we would have taken it too. These dogs are mostly senior dogs, ages 7 years or older. The lady took excellent care of the dogs and kept each dog’s detailed vet records up to date.
T Bear deserves to be in a home with someone who will love and adore him for the time he has left on Earth. He is currently residing in a temporary foster home. Are you T Bear’s special adoption Angel?
