Peanut
At the age of eight, Peanut found himself at Animal Care Centers of New York City. He was not neutered, had a skin condition (sarcoptic mange) and his behavioral evaluation with other dogs was questionable. His future at the shelter and finding a home was in jeopardy.
Luckily for Peanut, Get A Bull took him into their program. With time, patience, love and medical attention, Peanut is a different dog today! He went into a caring foster home where his mange was treated, he was neutered and he attended play groups regularly. Now, he has all of his soft hair and loves to play with other dogs.
Peanut’s sweet personality shone through and his foster family decided to make it official. They adopted him and now he has a life full of love with his people and doggy siblings.
