When Mostly Mutts Animal Rescue saved 9-year-old Herman from animal control, he was in rough shape. This resilient Poodle-Terrier mix needed extensive medical care—including a much-needed dental procedure funded by a Grey Muzzle grant. His teeth were in terrible condition, with severe tartar buildup and even hair wrapped around them. After a thorough cleaning and the removal of 11 painful teeth, Herman is feeling so much better! 

In addition to his dental care, Herman has received treatment for heartworm and continues to adapt beautifully despite hearing and vision loss. His foster describes him as an inspiration—full of joy, resilience, and playfulness.
