Of all the things 14-year-old Henrietta could have lost in her time as a stray, her spirit wasn’t one of them. When she arrived at a county shelter on the Arizona-Nevada border, this tiny Chihuahua was still full of wags and smiles—even as she battled advanced dental disease that had spread into her jaw.

When the team at Forever Loved Pet Sanctuary heard about her, they knew she deserved better. They made the four-hour journey to bring her to safety, where she could finally get the care she needed. With the help of a Grey Muzzle grant, Henrietta received critical medical and dental treatment to help her feel as radiant as she looks.
