That’s when her sister reached out to The Bond Between’s Respite Program. Thanks to a Grey Muzzle grant, Dave was placed with a loving foster family, where he received the care, comfort, and cuddles he needed while his mom focused on getting better. She got regular updates and even received a custom blanket with Dave’s face on it—so he never felt too far away.
