Buddy
Buddy, a 12-year-old Schnauzer found himself at Norfolk Animal Care Center (NACC) because his owner could no longer afford to care for him, and couldn't provide in depth veterinary care.
When the little guy arrived, his senior workup tests revealed that he had a bladder stone and was in need of a dental. With the funds from a Grey Muzzle grant, Buddy’s bladder stone was removed and his dental work performed.
Once he was back on his feet in tip-top shape, NACC partnered with a local Schnauzer rescue to help find his forever home, where he now happily resides.
Here's how you can give a second chance to a senior dog in need, like Buddy.
