Noël KiswineyAdministrative Assistant
Noël developed a deep love for animals early on, shaped by time on her grandfather’s farm and her family’s experiences welcoming rescue dogs and pets (including reptiles, birds, and more). Her formal journey into animal welfare began at the start of 2020 as a forever foster to a 13-year-old Jack Russell, aptly named Russ, through a local senior dog sanctuary. When furloughed for the second time during COVID, Noël joined the sanctuary as a staff member and quickly discovered a deeper calling. Within two years, she was promoted to Director of Business Operations, where she contributed to the mission of providing love and care to senior dogs.
Currently pursuing a Master’s in Strategic Communication & Leadership with a focus on nonprofit operations, Noël brings a unique blend of entertainment, hospitality, and nonprofit experience to the Grey Muzzle team. She strongly believes that senior dogs have a wealth of life, love, and wisdom to share and is passionate about acknowledging their past challenges while focusing on the ways we can improve their present and future.
At home, Noël lives with two beloved senior dogs, Eugene (14, a MinPin-Chihuahua mix) and Trixie (13, a Pomeranian), who are her greatest joys. She also volunteers as a temporary foster for dogs whose owners face personal challenges. In her free time, Noël enjoys reading, traveling, and picking up new hobbies, such as learning new languages and teaching herself how to crochet.
