Friendly, affectionate, gentle, and intelligent, Scooby is looking for an active and loving home. He is a good boy with moderate training in place, but could definitely use a little more guidance and structure to help him become the best dog he can be.
Scooby loves a good walk, and he's a great motivator to get your daily steps in. If he thinks his walk has been unsatisfactorily short, he'll cheer you on to go further! Once home from a walk, he loves to get snuggly and have a long snooze, and then you may hear the soothing sounds of a deep Scooby snore!
Scooby loves attention of any kind...hugs, fur brushing, pats on the head, scratches behind his right ear, face/snout/body massages. If you're already doing these things and you stop, he'll paw you to remind you that he's there and he's waiting for more. If you're sitting minding your own business Scooby will walk over, sit down like a good boy (very proud of himself), if you continue to ignore his cuteness he'll let out a little awOooOoOOo!
You could say Scooby is strong willed. He certainly knows what he wants - affection and long walkies, and he does insist on getting both!
