Meet Gizmo! This 10-year-old, 17-lb Brussels Griffon Blend is a goofy little boy who is sure to put a smile on your face! Meet Junnie! This 10-year-old, 19-lb dachshund-terrier blend is sure to steal your heart!
General Behavior: Gizmo is a sweet couch potato who enjoys a good cuddle with his humans and his best friend, Junnie. He is his foster mom's shadow and wants to know what you are doing at all times.
Likes & Dislikes: Gizmo, like his friend Junnie, enjoys squeaky toys. When his human comes home, he will run and grab the nearest toy to show off. They both love going on walks.
Training: Gizmo & Junnie both have good basic manners, and walk very well on a leash. They do well with house training if let out frequently.
Medical: Gizmo is a healthy pup. He will just need his monthly heartworm and flea prevention. Junnie requires a calcium supplement which costs $8 a month. He also has some allergies that are managed with medication which cost about $75 a month. Of course, he will need his monthly heartworm and flea prevention like any other dog.
Other Animals: Both boys do well with other calm and laid-back dogs. Cuddling with their feline friends is one of their favorite past times.
Children: Junnie and Gizmo do well with children of all ages.
Home: These little couch potatoes would do well in a single-family home, townhome, condo, or apartment.
Grooming: Neither boy needs any elaborate grooming, but will need a trim and a basic grooming about every 10 weeks.
Overall: Gizmo and Junnie are an adorable duo and will be sure to put a smile on your face every day!
