Benny
Benny came to Senior Dogs 4 Seniors as a rescue from an elderly hoarder who had moved out and left the dogs behind. Ten years old and blind, Benny had been kept outside on a chain. His foster mom, Karen, took him home and said that it was dirtiest bath she had ever given a dog. She got him comfortable in a blanket and dog bed, had all his veterinary work completed, and is teaching him how to be a pet. Even though Benny is blind, he walks carefully outside and when he touches a barrier, he just turns and continues to go! Still in foster care, Benny receives all the love and attention that he needs. Thanks to the financial help that The Grey Muzzle Organization provides Senior Dogs 4 Seniors, Benny is able to live a warm, happy life until he finds his perfect forever home.
