    Grant funding from The Grey Muzzle Organization will support Snake River Animal Shelter’s Senior Glow Up program, which aims to reduce the length of stay and improve the quality of life for senior dogs in its care. Between June 2025 and June 2026, the shelter will provide professional grooming for 24 senior dogs through a trusted local partner, “I Shih Tzu Knot.” To boost adoption visibility, SRAS will share each dog’s “before and after” photos and bio on social media with paid promotion within 24 hours of grooming. This initiative will help senior dogs feel better, look their best, and increase their chances of finding loving homes.
