Pasadena Humane is a community-supported animal resource center, providing care since 1903. They shelter and care for vulnerable animals, offering adoptions, spaying and neutering, vaccines, a pet food bank, and an animal support call center. In 2022, they helped nearly 40,000 animals.

Funded in 2023

The Grey Muzzle grant will provide specialized dog food for senior dogs at Pasadena Humane's Helping Paws Pet Food Pantry. This pantry helps pet guardians who are struggling financially ensure their pets are fed. In 2022, they served 600 animals per pantry and aim to reach 700 in the coming year thanks to Grey Muzzle. This funding will help ensure no senior dogs are turned away.
