Tara Hare

Board Member

Tara has spent her life in the South, where the need for animal advocacy is stronger than ever. Her now senior dog inspired her to begin volunteering with rescues and she has never looked back. Tara also serves on the Board of Directors for Alabama Animal Alliance Spay/Neuter Clinic, leads the feral cat Trap-Neuter-Return networking group for middle-Alabama, and is a foster/volunteer for many local rescues.

Tara has a Bachelors and MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Tennessee. She lives in Montgomery, Alabama with her husband and two rescue dachshunds (Riley and Waylon).
