Julie Dudley
Julie Dudley brings more than 25 years of business knowledge, financial experience and compassion towards people and pets to The Grey Muzzle Organization. After a career that culminated as a program manager for Microsoft, Julie hung up her corporate attire and began dedicating her time to the well-being of senior dogs. Her compassion toward animals developed during her childhood, when she helped her father who was a veterinarian. Years later, while living and working in Seattle, she volunteered as a foster parent for Old Dog Haven and witnessed the challenges senior canines faced due to age and health issues. The experience motivated her to make a difference.
In 2008, Julie moved to North Carolina and founded Grey Muzzle in pursuit of a world where no old dog dies alone and afraid. Today, she’s a volunteer for the non-profit and is president of Silver Pearl Inc., a company that helps individuals and businesses reduce the stress around their financial recordkeeping. Julie is fortunate to be doing what she loves by providing peace of mind for both people and pets.
Julie lives in Raleigh, North Carolina, with her husband, Barry, and a small rescue dog named Samuel.
